The Payne Center works to turn policy research into action through constant engagement with grassroots advocates and changemakers. Our organization is always looking for input from the community as well as potential opportunities to collaborate with those doing the work on the ground. That’s how we use the important academic work of HBCU scholars to create tangilble improvements for the Black community.
